Brute Force

Adversaries may use brute force techniques to gain unauthorized access to vehicle systems by repeatedly guessing passwords or password hashes.

In certain in-vehicle network protocols that employ weak encryption and key protection mechanisms, such as KWP2000 or UDS, adversaries could potentially exploit these vulnerabilities to carry out brute force attacks.
